Welcome to Team Super Nate!
This blog will be dedicated to raising money for Team Super Nate and the JDRF walk. We will also keep members updated with all of the latest walk news.
1st and foremost we would like to thank you for your love, support and dedication to our family and to our son, Nate. Obviously, raising money to find a cure for diabetes is so important to our family but we want you to know that not only is finding a cure important but anything that the research can do to better the quality of Nate's life is important to us too. Sometimes it is the little things that make life easier . . . better insulin, safer pumps, more accurate continuous glucose monitors . . . all of these things will help Nate and everyone living with diabetes live long, happy lives.
Again, thank you so much for either walking with us and raising money or for donating to our team! We are humbled by the outpouring of support we have received.

Beautiful video, my friend! It makes me cry every time. THank you for all your hard work raising money for the JDRF and our kids. Every bit brings us closer to that CURE!
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see the video it makes me tear up. . .what a beautiful little boy! We will be there to walk and financially support Team Nate . . .I hope all of our family and friends will be there also!!
